$1000 after 90 days and $1000 after 180 days!! SUMMARY The Warehouse Technician are an hourly position, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
This position is first shift Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:
30pm with overtime as needed.
Warehouse Technician is accountable for assisting the manufacturing process which includes filling drums, labeling products, and may include the use of a forklift.

Responsibilities:
Batching and Preparation of Materials:
Batching/Preparation of Materials and dispensing of products.
To help ensure a consistent and quality product from batch to batch, procedures must be followed including exact ingredients in the exact quantities produced and dispensed.
Received adequate training and fully understand manufacturing procedures Proper labelling of drums / totes Proper dispensing of finished goods products into 55 gallon drums Proper palletizing and banding of drums Follow loading instructions House-Keeping:
Maintaining a clean and safe environment is a critical aspect of safety.

Troubleshooting skills, including root-cause analysis and resolution of machine issues Ability to drive the process to ensure production and quality targets are met on a daily basis; Ability to drive a forklift to move finished products within the warehouse staging area.
All successful candidates must pass forklift lift training and become certified on the forklift during their introductory period; The ability to do basic mathematical calculations; The ability to read instruments and accurately record readings At times re-labeling of incoming material will be required Assisting with quarterly Inventory count SKILLS AND ABILITIES The employee should hold the following abilities:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions Must possess strong communication and organizational skills Must have the ability to multi-task Must work well in team environment Must be able to secure and maintain Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification Must be able to work independently Must have to ability to do basic mathematical calculations Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment Must be able to comply with all safety/work/procedures, rules and regulations Must be able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established productivity and accuracy standards Must be able to work in a variety of climates (both indoor and outdoor) EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE The employee should have the following:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required 12 months tow motor/forklift operations experience 2 years of manufacturing experience Related experience and/or training in an industrial environment Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US Must be 18 years or older Must be drug and alcohol free ADDITIONAL TRAINING REQUIRED Training and Qualification packet completed successfully Role-Specific Powered Industrial Equipment Certification All annual safety and role specific training, as required by the nature of this position ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT This position requires:
