We have experienced 95% organic growth over the last two years and are well positioned for another 5-10x growth over the next five years.
We are seeking to redefine the construction industry, emphasizing the subcontractor model.
A hybrid work model is available upon successful completion of training at our office in Cortland, IL.
Our organization's goal for the position is to make it as easy to sell as possible, with no limitation on sales, and limiting distractions to enable reps to focus on money-making opportunities.
Responsibilities:
-Find new opportunities -Seek new relationships to expand personal and company book of business -Find new projects or avenues to increase revenue streams -Establish relationships with architects, facilities managers, property managers, project managers, and any other valuable connections -Follow up on all proposals/bids submitted to determine our number and the winning contractor -Identify the problem our customer is trying to solve and solve it for them -Communicate:
be a steward of excellent clear, and consistent communication for our customers -Engineer creative ways to make your proposal stand out and get the last look of opportunity on all projects bid Construction industry and project estimating experience preferred- but not required.
